<h3><strong>How you’ll contribute:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement a facilities management strategy that aligns with Kymera’s growth and operational needs.</li>
<li>Lead a high-performing facilities team, which will include continuous training and professional development. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast and plan for long-term space and infrastructure needs.</li>
<li>Develop scope of facilities projects, specifications, RFPs and quotation, contracting, project management and execution.</li>
<li>Oversee the development and management of processes and SOPs for lab equipment management. Guide the Lab Operations team, ensuring high quality and reliable support for our research team. This includes, but is not limited to, planning and executing capital and expense investments in laboratory infrastructure, lab equipment procurement and maintenance, as well as shipping and receiving support.</li>
<li>Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, functional, and professional workspace. This includes maintenance of front desk procedures, ensuring consistent and high-quality service.</li>
<li>Develop innovative processes, optimize efficiency, and ensure the seamless operation of all facility-related functions to support Kymera’s growth trajectory.</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT function to identify and implement technologies that improve productivity and efficiency</li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other support service functions to ensure high-quality services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with building management to maximize effectiveness of utilities and building systems.</li>
<li>Provide a safe and secure work environment for all employees.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency and quality.</li>
<li>Maintain all pertinent permitting and relationship with landlord.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a plan to manage subtenant in at Kymera’s former space (Arsenal Yards).</li>

<h3><strong>Skills and experience you’ll bring:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>12+ years of experience in operations and/or facilities management in biotech industry.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading a high-performing facilities team.</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service orientation and demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Ability to influence key stakeholders, drive change, and achieve support for new initiatives.</li>
<li>Experience successfully managing external vendors and service providers.</li>
<li>Superior organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet required deadlines.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.</li>
