<h3><strong>How you’ll contribute:</strong></h3>
<p>As the Corporate Communications Intern at Kymera Therapeutics, you will support our Communications team in various tasks, with a strong focus on social media management, strategy, and content creation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced biotech environment, collaborate cross-functionally with research, corporate, and clinical development professionals, and develop highly transferable industry skills.</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in creating and editing content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos.</li>
<li>Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies and improve engagement.</li>
<li>Conduct research on industry trends and benchmarks to support our communications strategy, as well as the latest social media algorithms, and best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate on social media thought leadership projects and campaigns, including influencer partnerships.</li>
<li>Support content strategy for the company intranet shared editorial calendar for main page aligned with external communications.</li>
<li>Assist with internal communications events.</li>
<li>Perform additional projects and day-to-day activities as time permits.</li>

<h3><strong>Skills and experience you’ll bring:</strong></h3>

<li>Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Creativity and eagerness to learn.</li>
</ul>
